gnr Construction aim to rehabilitate and regenerate sites in the Chamonix valley which have fallen into disrepair. We don’t unnecessarily tear down structurally sound buildings, we restore unloved properties to realise their full potential. We look at the individual merits of every project to create sustainable buildings with the maximum possible energy efficiency. Where possible we use modern renewable materials in conjunction with classic building styles suited to the local area. All possible options are considered whether it be commercial or residential space, commerce or offices, shell or finished apartments.
We only work with local, french registered and fully insured reputable companies. Our projects are overseen by architects, verified by professional building control companies and insured for 10 years according to French Law. We look forward to hearing from you.
