Here you can find a selection of our past and current projects with brief descriptions, plans and photos.

All gnr Construction projects follow the same guidelines as detailed below:

  1. Consultation with Architects, Building Control, Structural Enginneers and Local Planning Department
  2. Filing of planning permission
  3. All major works put out to tender, min 3 quotes per element
  4. Filing of Insurance dossier once planning approval obtained
  5. Building/renovation work commences once referral period for planning permission has passed
  6. Weekly inspection by building control officer and architect
  7. Application for certificate of planning conformity once all building work has been completed
