Rehabilitation of a 22 bedroom chalet hotel into 9 residential apartments.
gnr Construction oversaw the planning, purchase, tenders and internal demolition of this muti-owner project before undertaking the final full renovation of the ground floor area.
1st stage of project involved:
- Full interieur demolition
- New roof
- Windows replaced throughout
- Facade re-rendered and re-painted throughout
- New services run to each floor (water, waste, elec, TV/TEL/Sat)
- Final division of upper floors into predefined lots.
Final stage involved division and full renovation of 200m2 ground floor into 3 2-bed apartments.
